德國下薩克森邦（LowerSaxony）衛生部今天表示，1名65歲德國男子2月到阿拉伯半島旅遊時，感染中東呼吸症候群，本月因併發症不治身亡。法新社報導，駱駝被認為是病毒宿主，因此據信他是在造訪牲畜市場時感染到MERS。
